Gingerbread, punch and heavy support – Tomasz Biecki starts as Client Success Manager

After the start of Jennifer Lippki we have great news for you, since we are by no means going on Christmas break – quite the opposite! We ignited the trbo again and were able to hire another new employee before the year ends! Tomasz Biecki is now a colleague in Client Success Management at our Munich office.

Tomasz studied Environmental Health in Manchester. After that, he continued his career at Ermarsys, an SAP company, where he initially worked as a campaign specialist. Later on he worked as a technical consultant for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Now he has changed to trbo, the leading onsite personalization platform, to gain an even broader knowledge base. At trbo, he can now combine his previous experience around campaign management and technology to actively support the Client Success team.

With England’s exit from the European Union, it became increasingly difficult for Tomasz to stay on the island. Therefore, he decided to turn his back on England and to have a fresh start in Germany.

I chose Munich because it is a central place with good connections to the Alps and Southern Europe. I really enjoy hiking in the mountains and appreciating nature.

Proximity to his family – they live in Ravensburg and Poland – was also a decisive factor in choosing Munich. When Tomasz isn’t busy with popular science, politics or new technologies in his free time, you can be sure to find him hiking and exploring new trails every weekend.

We’re already excited to hear one or two insider tips and are happy to have you on board, dear Tomasz!
