Office Week Fun

trbo crew at summer party

Do you remember our trboChamp zoo? That was the theme of our last office week in February — so it’s high time that we come together again! Because remote working is cool, hybrid working is great, but seeing your colleagues for a whole week is really fun. That’s why trbo regularly organizes an office week where all trbo employees can come together for in-person activities. Our latest event took place at the end of July with a big turnout.

Work-Fun Balance

Office Week is a very important internal event for us. In workshops, we work together on new strategies, plan projects and get to know each other better across teams.  At lunchtime, the boss himself fired up the grill and, together with the HR team, prepared a delicious barbecue for the entire team. Refreshed and full of energy, we went back to work in the afternoon. In the evening, everyone got together for board games, soccer, or a trip to the bar for an after-work beer. It was a busy but fun day, working together, enjoying a snack in between and doing something together in the evening. The perfect work-fun balance!

Let’s get the party started

This year’s party motto was ‘in the summer of 69′! So on our last day of Office Week, we went to
Le Florida in hippie style. With bell bottoms, Hawaiian shirts, summer dresses, colorful sunglasses, flowers in our hair and good vibes — peace and love, man — we turned some heads on our walk to the bar. The nice thing about trbo: We’re a really colorful team with many different nationalities and ages.

The next Office Week is around the corner!

In summary, the July Office Week was a success and a great opportunity to get to know our colleagues better, especially our Chatchamp and remote coworkers. We played beer pong, talked about hobbies and sports, shared our upcoming vacation plans, and chatted about the latest movies and shows we’re watching.

With the successful conclusion of our Office Week, we’re already looking forward to the next edition in September, which we will celebrate with a visit to Oktoberfest in dirndl and lederhosen. Prost!
