trbo continues to grow. After the addition of four new trbos in late summer, we have further expanded our trbo team: Anne Roggenkamp is now supporting us as an Office Manager and Caroline Timm as a Senior Account Manager.
Anne Roggenkamp is our new Office Manager
The 35-year-old native of Trier completed her training as an office administrator at Cybertronics-EU GmbH, a specialist distributor for network technology, and then worked as an interface between the customers and the technical sales department. After completing her training, Anne continued to work for the company, first in technical purchasing and later in sales. Afterward, she started working at the IT service provider Allgeier IT Solutions GmbH. There she began working in commercial administration and after only a short time took over the management of technical purchasing. After her parental leave, Anne started her professional life again. At B+M Blumenbecker GmbH she was responsible for the purchase of advertising and office materials as well as for the organization of events. She then worked for the full-service agency meap as an assistant to the management and personnel manager. Most recently, Anne was responsible for commercial administration and personnel at the Munich digital agency L&L – die Medien-Manufaktur GmbH. At trbo, she will take over all organizational tasks, support in organizing events and coordinate the growing number of tasks and appointments as an assistant to the management.
In addition to her work and duties as a mother of two children, Anne spends a large part of her free time playing sports. Whether running and training with the Adidas Runners Munich herself or mentally supporting her husband and two sons on the soccer field. Anne also enjoys meeting up with her friends here in Munich or in her old home in North-Rhine Westphalia.
Caroline Timm joins us as Senior Account Manager
The 30-year-old studied linguistics and text sciences in Passau and then worked at Krauts PR, where she was responsible for clients from the fashion industry. Then Caroline worked as Direct Marketing Manager at windeln.de SE. Here she was responsible for newsletter and onsite campaigns and already worked with trbo’s technology in this area. Afterward, she worked as Marketing Manager at Long-Time-Liner in the cosmetics industry where she was responsible for the conception, implementation, and realization of the new online shop. With this challenge, she realized once again how important onsite personalization is today and how difficult it can be to communicate with customers in the online shop without IT resources or a tool like trbo. That’s why Caroline is very happy to support our customers in implementing their personalization strategy from now on.
In her spare time Caroline likes to travel, she is especially enthusiastic about Australia. Apart from that she loves horror movies and enjoys spending a lot of time with her family and friends.
We are happy to have Anne and Caroline as two new trbos! Welcome to the team you two!
