Cost per Sale (CPS)

Cost per Sale (CPS) is a billing model in online marketing in which billing takes place after the sale. This can involve a product, a service or the conclusion of a subscription.

 

Calculation of the CPS:

 

The CPS is calculated by comparing the total costs of the measure with the sales.

 

CPS = total costs / sales figures

 

The CPS is used in both online marketing and affiliate marketing. This model is especially interesting for small or medium-sized companies with a small advertising budget.
