Yesterday we kicked off a new series of customer events: the first trbo Brunch Club took place in our office from 8.30 a.m.
With this event we want to promote the exchange between our customers. Because we can tell you how great trbo is – but in the end, every company does that at any event. So why not let our customers have their say? How do they work with trbo, how do they set up their campaigns and what important lessons can they pass on to other customers? The presentations were then supplemented by a suitable expert discussion in which our account managers gave further tips.
Crispy pretzels – hard facts
This was the slogan under which we started our various customer presentations. Starting off with Franz Keim from C.H. BECK, who reported on how product recommendations on www.beck-shop.de were implemented with the help of trbo. In the subsequent expert discussion, our account manager Dominik explained the further possibilities offered by trbo’s product logic and how it can be used. We continued with the connection of marketing channels and onsite. Jana Fiaccola and Thomas Reisser from QUISMA gave us an insight on how this connection works best with the help of a customer case from kofferdirekt.de. In the expert discussion, our Head of Account Management Anna gave further tips on how a strong and meaningful connection between the various channels works.
After the first four lectures, it was time for a Bavarian “Weißwurst-Frühstück”, with Weißwurst; Bavarian Cheese and other yummy stuff – with enough time to exchange ideas and clarify open questions.
Well strengthened we continued with the second lecture block. Martin Thiele showed how Decathlon uses the dynamic segments of trbo. Afterwards, our account manager Marco explained which segments can be formed with trbo and how they can be used cleverly. Then we went on to the final round of lectures. Daniela Schaller from limango showed us how a holistic customer experience was achieved by combining the Customer Data Platform CrossEngage and trbo. At the end Stefan Becker gave an insight on how moment marketing works with CrossEngage.
At this point we would like to thank all speakers and visitors, without whom the event would not have been such a great success.
