About trbo

trbo GmbH is a Munich-based technology company founded in 2013. With its cloud-based communication tool, the company enables online shops and websites to address visitors individually - onsite, in real time and fully automated.

For this purpose, a self-learning algorithm analyzes user behavior on the basis of around 50 visitor characteristics. This data then allows a targeted delivery of various layers in the design of the online presence, which demonstrably optimize the shopping experience of website visitors. Using A/B testing, campaigns can be individually analyzed and decisions made for permanent implementation based on relevant KPIs. trbo's customers include limango, Galeria Kaufhof, Lodenfrey, mydays, hurra.com, Triumph and Thomas Cook AG.

Your tasks

  • Independent support of your own customer base
  • Jointly supporting strategically important key accounts
  • Advising customers on the use of trbo-technology
  • Creation of layers and placement of campaigns in close coordination with the customer
  • Evaluation and optimization of onsite campaigns
  • Proactive recommendations for the expansion of customer accounts
  • Presentation of the interface via web demo and personal training at the customer's offices
  • Recording of customer requirements as well as recognition of tool improvement opportunities and transfer to our Product Management
  • Working closely with our marketing and sales teams

Your profile

  • Completed studies in economics, marketing, computer science or a comparable field of study
  • First professional experience as intern and/or working student
  • Analytical skills and basic knowledge of (online) marketing
  • High Internet affinity and interest in marketing measures
  • Customer- and solution-oriented working methods
  • High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
  • German and English fluently spoken and written
  • Knowledge of E-commerce, HTML and CSS is an advantage
