Dual reinforcement: Olga Daudrich and Olga Voroshylova are now supporting trbo

We wouldn’t be trbo if we wouldn’t continue hiring new employees at the same pace towards the end of October. True to the motto “two is better than one” we have two new employees joining our team, Olga Daudrich and Olga Voroshylova. 

Olga Daudrich starts as Senior Sales Manager

 

The 33-year-old initially completed her professional training as an industrial clerk in Nuremberg. During this time, however, she became increasingly attracted to the tasks of her boss, which is why she decided not to leave her training at that. However, since she is completely addicted to the charms of the big, wide world, Olga initially decided to embark on a seven-month trip through Australia and New Zealand after completing her training. The time spent away from home didn’t change her mind either, so Olga started studying International Business in Wiesbaden right after returning home. 

 

During her studies, Olga worked as a headhunter for a recruitment consultancy, where she discovered her talent and passion for sales. This was probably the decisive moment for her career as a sales manager. She has now been working in the online business for over six years. Before she came to us, she worked as a senior sales manager for the customer data platform exponea. As luck would have it, Olga was able to gain in-depth experience there in an industry similar to ours. Prior to that, the business administrator gained experience in new customer business in the DACH region at Roku’s (then dataxu) demand side platform Oneview, and took on numerous other positions in the sales area during her career. So she is well equipped to take sales at trbo even further! 

 

When Olga is not working, she loves to spend time with her two cats and her dog. Since her love for animals is boundless, she not only gives it to her own pets, but is also involved in social projects for animal welfare. When on vacation, she always has a bag of pet food in her pocket. The 33-year-old also enjoys sports in her free time. Depending on the season, she usually enjoys kite surfing, skiing, hiking or motorcycling. At home she loves to cook and wanted to prove her skills on TV – but never dared to do so. For the time being, only her friends are allowed to benefit from her cooking skills, but maybe soon the trbos will too. 

Olga Voroshylova supports us as Junior Web Designer/Technical Support

 

In her home country, Ukraine, Olga first studied German and English. After graduating, she started working for a German company. Her tasks there were, among others, to maintain the websites and later on to take care of the web design and online marketing. When the owner of the company decided to sell the company in Ukraine, he decided to offer Olga to come to Germany with him. She agreed and thus moved to Lower Saxony five and a half years ago. In order to expand her knowledge, the Ukrainian started a distance learning program in business administration with a focus on eCommerce, IT-management and online marketing. While searching for information for her bachelor thesis, she then discovered trbo and decided to apply for a job with us.

 

Since Olga and her fiancé love hiking, the two of them were always drawn to the south of Germany in their free time. They were particularly fascinated by the Alps. To avoid always having to drive all the way, the two considered moving closer to the alps. No sooner said than done. At the beginning of October, they finally decided to move to the Bavarian capital. Now they can enjoy their time in the Alps without any problems and we have gained a great new member of the team with Olga.
