We trbos are a great team – Office Week, Team Spirit and X-mas Party

For us trbos, an eventful year is coming to an end. We’ve gone full throttle, achieved a lot and expanded our team – so it’s all the more important to pause for a moment, move closer together and gather fresh momentum for the new year.

One week in the office for all trbos

For this reason, we strengthened our team spirit in December in a full Office Week. It was quite lively here in the office. All of a sudden, everyone came from their home offices to the headquarters, even those who normally only work remotely or are based abroad were there. Workshops were held every day on two floors, people talked about their specialist knowledge, but we also took the chance to simply chat about private matters. We all got to know each other better and developed an even clearer understanding of the work of the individual teams. Great people who work at trbo, each of them unique and an expert in their field.

The crowning glory of the Office Week was of course our Christmas party with the motto: Winter Wonderland. But as it should be different, before we were allowed to celebrate, we had to prove our team spirit. For this, our CEO, Felix Schirl, organized a scavenger hunt through Schwabing, starting with a Beer Pong Challenge for three teams. It was then not so easy to solve the riddles, which all revolved around trbo, at the various stations and get the next clue. After about five kilometers of walking across the city, hungry and thirsty, everyone nevertheless arrived at the Bodega after two hours.

And finally, everyone was able to enjoy the evening with delicious tapas, wine and culinary delights from Spanish cuisine. There were also prizes for the best three costumes. See for yourself how much fun the trbos had!

There was even a puzzle game and then it was time to go to the cozy bodega.

The later the evening, the more fun it became.

And these are the winners of the best costumes: Jihad as a DHL parcel carrier and Giada as the beauty without the beast and Marco, who was supposedly carried by a kangaroo.
