Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager and help us become the go-to name for onsite personalization globally!

Your tasks

  • Understand the trbo platform and familiarize yourself with the eCommerce/marketing technology SaaS environment
  • Create a standardized working environment and relationships with your sales peers, the BDR talent & the marketing team
  • Get an overview of your accounts and start setting up your sales strategy
  • Understand your targets, sectors and qualification process
  • Quantify and qualify lead lists and prepare the handover to the AE Teams
  • Manage and collaborate with enterprise partners
  • Own the entire qualification process, from meeting people, initial qualification, validation via KPI and trbo driven criteria

Your profile

  • 1+ years of professional experience in SaaS sales as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the eCommerce, performance marketing, and/or online advertising industry
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into meetings
  • Experience in outbound sales and speaking with Directors, VP’s and C-Level executives or direct-user/persona targets
  • Ability to give and receive feedback, as you will be collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
  • Analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into action plans
  • Self-motivation, energy, dedication, drive, willingness to learn, and the initiative to meet deadlines
  • An entrepreneurial mindset where you anticipate what’s coming next and proactively create solutions
  • Fluency in English
