Depending on the desired outcome, either rule based or dynamic segments may be more appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Regelbasierte Segmente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> werden anhand von vorher definierten Merkmalen und Regeln erstellt. So kann beispielsweise ein statisches Segment \u201cBestandskunden\u201d aufgesetzt werden, welches dann alle Kunden enth\u00e4lt, die den zugrundeliegenden Regeln entsprechen, zum Beispiel ein bestimmter Status bei eingeloggten User. Bei statischen Segmenten bleibt die Zuordnung der beinhalteten Nutzer anders als bei dynamischen Segmenten lange unver\u00e4ndert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Dynamische Segmente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  sind flexibler. Auch sie werden anhand von vorher definierten Merkmalen und Regeln erstellt. An welcher Stelle der User Journey eignet sich die Umsetzung des Features am besten und warum?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt: Je fr\u00fcher wir beginnen, den Nutzer in Segmente einzuteilen, desto personalisierter k\u00f6nnen wir seine User Journey gestalten. Daher w\u00e4re die korrekte Antwort direkt beim Website-Einstieg gleich zu Beginn der Journey -  also meist auf der Startseite - aber auch entlang der gesamten User Journey. Die reine Segmentierung von Nutzern birgt als einzigen Mehrwert, dass neue Erkenntnisse \u00fcber das Kaufverhalten bestimmter Nutzergruppen gezogen werden k\u00f6nnen. Um die Performance selbst zu verbessern, ben\u00f6tigt man weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen wie z.B. personalisierte Produktempfehlungen, welche wiederum auf den Nutzersegmenten basieren. In der Modebranche kann man beispielsweise Damenbekleidung auf der Startseite platzieren, wenn ein weiblicher Nutzer die Seite besucht. Ich halte sie dennoch in vielerlei Hinsicht f\u00fcr untersch\u00e4tzt, da die schiere Vielfalt an M\u00f6glichkeiten, die sich durch die Segmentierung ergeben, von Vielen nicht erkannt wird.
