Heute freuen wir uns, einen weiteren Favoriten von Alejando Guizar vorzustellen: Gamification.<\/p>\n

Wenn du an einen typischen Arbeitstag denkst, welche Kundenanfragen bereiten dir am meisten Freude?<\/span><\/p>\n

Am meisten Spa\u00df machen mir Anfragen, die nicht immer einfach zu beantworten sind. Zum Beispiel Kampagnen, die das Auslesen von Informationen aus der Datenebene oder die Erstellung von Gamification-Layern und Animationen erfordern. Die Einstellungen und Funktionen, mit denen wir diese Anfragen umsetzen, sind komplexer und erfordern oft einen Blick \u00fcber den Tellerrand. Das sind die Aufgaben, die mir am meisten Spa\u00df machen.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Gibt es ein trbo-Feature, das du besonders gerne implementierst und wenn ja, warum?<\/span><\/p>\n

Ich w\u00fcrde sagen, dass die unterhaltsamsten Funktionen die Gamification Layer sind, zum Beispiel das Gl\u00fccksrad. Was der Nutzer bei der Interaktion mit diesem trbo-Element erlebt, ist sehr einfach. Aber damit diese scheinbar einfache Interaktion funktioniert, ist ein komplexer Aufbau mit vielen beweglichen Teilen notwendig. Die Kampagne muss flexibel sein und auf jedes der m\u00f6glichen Ergebnisse richtig reagieren, je nachdem, wo das Rad f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Nutzer landet.\nDie Umsetzung dieser Funktion ist eine Herausforderung, aber es ist gro\u00dfartig, wenn wir die Reaktionen unserer Kunden auf unser Endprodukt zu sehen.<\/p>\n

Kannst du ein Beispiel nennen und die Funktion n\u00e4her erl\u00e4utern?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Die Kampagne besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Rad, das verschiedene m\u00f6gliche Preise anzeigt, die der Benutzer durch das Drehen des Rades gewinnen kann. Am oberen Ende des Rades befindet sich ein Zeiger, der den Preis anzeigt, der gewonnen wird, wenn das Rad stehen bleibt. Die Anzahl der Preise variiert je nach den W\u00fcnschen des Kunden. Oft wiederholen sich einige der Preise auf dem Rad. Manchmal enth\u00e4lt das Rad auch ein oder zwei Abschnitte ohne Preise, was die Vorfreude und den Nervenkitzel vor dem Spiel erh\u00f6ht. \nWie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, ist die Erfahrung f\u00fcr den Benutzer sehr einfach: Er klickt auf einen Knopf, das Rad dreht sich und je nachdem, wo es landet, gewinnt der Benutzer etwas oder nicht.<\/p>\n

Die Preise, die ein Nutzer gewinnen kann, variieren: Es kann sich um kostenlose Waren handeln, einen Rabattcode, ein kostenloses Geschenk, wenn der Warenkorb einen bestimmten Betrag erreicht, kostenlosen Versand usw.<\/span><\/p>\n

An welcher Stelle der User Journey ist die Umsetzung am besten geeignet und warum?<\/h4>\n

Gamification kann, je nach Anlass oder Ziel des Kunden, an verschiedenen Stellen der User Journey eingesetzt werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Beispiel 1: Remarketing\/Retargeting
Der Shop kann eine E-Mail mit Hinweis auf das Gl\u00fccksrad an die Nutzer senden, die l\u00e4ngere Zeit nicht auf der Website waren und so versuchen, diese wieder zur\u00fcckzuholen. In diesem Fall fungiert das Gl\u00fccksrad als Retargeting-Tool, das hoffentlich dazu beitr\u00e4gt, inaktive Nutzer zu reaktivieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beispiel 2: Saisonale Kampagnen
Das Gl\u00fccksrad kann zu Zeiten eingesetzt werden, in denen die Website stark besucht wird, z.B. Valentinstag, Halloween, Muttertag, Black Friday oder Weihnachten. In diesen F\u00e4llen dient das Gl\u00fccksrad als Instrument zur zus\u00e4tzlichen Steigerung der Conversion an diesen Tagen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ein Online-H\u00e4ndler m\u00f6chte das Feature auf seiner Website umsetzen. Was w\u00fcrdest du ihm vor der Implementierung raten?<\/h4>\n

F\u00fcr das Gl\u00fccksrad ben\u00f6tigen wir ein sehr gutes Briefing vom Kunden mit allen notwendigen Informationen. Je besser das Briefing, desto schneller kann trbo die Komplexit\u00e4t absch\u00e4tzen. Das Briefing f\u00fcr ein solches Feature sollte u.a. folgendes enthalten:<\/span><\/p>\n

- Mock-Ups und Bilder<\/span><\/p>\n

- Anzahl der Sektoren, die das Gl\u00fccksrad haben soll<\/span><\/p>\n
