Erinnert ihr euch noch an unseren trboChamp-Zoo<\/a>? Das war unsere letzte Office Week im Februar \u2013 h\u00f6chste Zeit also, dass sich mal wieder alle Kollegen treffen! Denn remote arbeiten ist cool, hybrid arbeiten ist sch\u00f6n, eine ganze Woche onsite im B\u00fcro die Kollegen treffen, macht richtig Spa\u00df. Deshalb gibt es bei trbo regelm\u00e4\u00dfig eine Office Week an der alle trbo-Mitarbeiter teilnehmen. Ende Juli haben wir uns wieder getroffen und es waren wirklich viele Kollegen da.<\/p>\n

Work-Feierabend-Balance<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Diese Office Week ist f\u00fcr uns ein sehr wichtiger interner Event. In Workshops erarbeiten wir zusammen neue Strategien, planen Projekte und lernen uns team\u00fcbergreifend besser kennen. Mittags hat der Chef pers\u00f6nlich den Grill angeschmissen und f\u00fcr die komplette Mannschaft ein leckeres Barbecue gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team zubereitet. Gest\u00e4rkt und voller Tatendrang ging es dann am Nachmittag wieder an die Arbeit. Abends traf man sich zu einem lustigen Spieleabend, spielte eine Runde Fu\u00dfball oder ging gemeinsam auf ein Feierabendbier in eine Bar. Rundum gelungen, gemeinsam Arbeiten, zwischendurch gut snacken und zum Ausklang gemeinsam etwas unternehmen. Die perfekte Work-Feierabend-Balance also.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s get the party started!<\/h3>\n

\u2018In the summer of 69\u2019 lautete unser Motto! Dementsprechend im Hippie-Style sind wir alle an unserem letzten Tag der Office Week zum Le Florida <\/a> ausger\u00fcckt. Mit Schlaghosen, Hawaii-Hemden, Sommerkleidchen, bunten Sonnenbrillen, Bl\u00fcmchen im Haar und nat\u00fcrlich mit ganz viel chilliger, guter Laune \u2013 im Zeichen von Peace und Love waren wir auf den Weg dorthin schon nicht zu \u00fcbersehen. Das sch\u00f6ne bei trbo: Wir sind eine richtig bunte Mannschaft mit vielen Nationalit\u00e4ten und nahezu allen Altersklassen.<\/p>\n

Die n\u00e4chste Office-Week kommt bestimmt!<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Zusammenfassend war die Office-Week im Juli ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg und eine super Gelegenheit, die Kollegen, vor allem unsere Chatchamp- und die Remote-Kollegen, n\u00e4her kennenzulernen und sich auch einmal privat auszutauschen. Es wurde Beerpong gespielt, \u00fcber Hobbies und Sport diskutiert, Urlaubsziele er\u00f6rtert und \u00fcber die neuesten Filme und Serien gequatscht.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Mit einem gelungenen Abschluss der Office-Week freuen wir uns bereits auf die n\u00e4chste Ausgabe im September, die wir mit einer gemeinsamen Teilnahme in Dirndl und Lederhose am Oktoberfest<\/strong> geb\u00fchrend feiern werden. Prost!<\/p>\n
