Zeit f\u00fcr einen R\u00fcckblick: Auch dieses Jahr haben wir es uns nicht nehmen lassen, an der renommierten K5 Future Retail Conference in Berlin teilzunehmen. Zusammen mit unseren Kollegen von Chatchamp pr\u00e4sentierten wir uns mit einem gro\u00dfen Stand im neuen Design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spannende Gespr\u00e4che und interessierte Besucher<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unser Messestand im Co-Branding zog von Anfang an die Blicke der Besucher auf sich. Ideal zwischen zwei B\u00fchnen gelegen, lockte der Stand zahlreiche Interessenten an, die neugierig darauf waren, mehr \u00fcber unsere Personalisierung und Guided Selling L\u00f6sungen zu erfahren. Wir waren bestens vorbereitet und freuten uns darauf, spannende Gespr\u00e4che zu f\u00fchren und unser Fachwissen zu teilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und nat\u00fcrlich durfte auch die beliebte Currywurst nicht fehlen: Den ganzen Tag \u00fcber lockte sie hungrige Besucher an unseren Stand, die dann gleich die Gelegenheit nutzten, sich mit uns \u00fcber die M\u00f6glichkeiten der Personalisierung im E-Commerce auszutauschen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am Nachmittag stand dann das Speaking von Felix Schr\u00f6der, Co-Founder und CEO von Chatchamp, und Nadeschda Dreger, Digital Analyst von Cosnova, an. Vor gut besetzten Reihen referierten die beiden dar\u00fcber, wie Cosnova mit Hilfe von Guided Selling und Personalisierung online die Kunden begeistert und die KPIs ma\u00dfgeblich verbessern konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n

K5 COMMERCE Award in der Kategorie Personalisierung: Eine besondere Auszeichnung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Der H\u00f6hepunkt des ersten Abends war zweifellos die erstmalige Verleihung des K5 COMMERCE Awards. Der Award wurde mehreren Kategorien in einem zweistufigen Auswahlverfahren vergeben: Der erste Schritt war ein Public Voting, aus den 5 Anbietern mit den meisten Stimmen w\u00e4hlte anschlie\u00dfend eine Jury die Gewinner aus. In der Kategorie Personalisierung konnten wir uns so gegen die anderen Finalisten durchsetzen und durften die begehrte Troph\u00e4e entgegennehmen. <\/p>\n\n\n

Erfolgreicher zweiter Messetag trotz Party am Vorabend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Obwohl wir am ersten Abend mit dem K5 COMMERCE Award allen Grund zu feiern hatten und die Band den Party-Besuchern ordentlich einheizte, lie\u00dfen wir uns am zweiten Messetag nicht davon bremsen. W\u00e4hrend in der anderen Halle ein Wei\u00dfwurst-Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck angeboten wurde, haben sich an unserem Stand die ersten Besucher ganz Berlin-like \u00fcber die Currywurst als zweites Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck gefreut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So war unser Stand erneut gut besucht und wir nutzten die Gelegenheit, um weitere interessante Gespr\u00e4che zu f\u00fchren und mit Retailern tiefer in die Welt der Personalisierung, Optimierung und Testing einzutauchen. Und auch das Thema Guided Selling in Form von Chatbots oder Wizards fand reges Interesse bei den Besuchern.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mit neuen Eindr\u00fccken und Auszeichnung im Gep\u00e4ck zur\u00fcck nach M\u00fcnchen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nach zwei erfolgreichen Tagen war es dann Zeit f\u00fcr uns, die K5 hinter uns zu lassen und die Heimreise nach M\u00fcnchen anzutreten. Wir kehrten mit vielen neuen Kontakten, inspirierenden Gespr\u00e4chen und einem Award im Gep\u00e4ck zur\u00fcck. Die Teilnahme an der K5 war ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg f\u00fcr uns und eine ideale M\u00f6glichkeit, uns als einer der f\u00fchrenden Anbieter von Personalisierungsl\u00f6sungen im E-Commerce zu pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
