Doch sie hat bald festgestellt, dass sie lieber praxisbezogen in der Arbeitswelt Fu\u00df fassen m\u00f6chte. Daher entschied sie sich f\u00fcr eine Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskauffrau bei Manpower. Sie betreute dort sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch viele internationale Kunden, bekam von Anfang an Verantwortung \u00fcbertragen und konnte vor allem in den Bereichen Arbeitsrecht und Vertrieb Erfahrungen sammeln. Die Manpower GmbH \u00fcbernahm Reham im Anschluss an ihre Ausbildung als HR Consultant. Zu ihren Aufgaben geh\u00f6rten die Betreuung von Gro\u00dfkunden im Automotivebereich, Recruiting, HR Admin, Mitarbeiterbetreuung, On- und Offboarding. Schlie\u00dflich ging sie dann zu Hubert Burda Media als HR Service Manager und agierte dort standort\u00fcbergreifend als HR Admin und in der Beratung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dieses breite Wissen im HR-Spektrum und im Arbeitsrecht bringt sie nun zu trbo mit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reham ist \u00fcbrigens ein echtes M\u00fcnchner Kindl, wobei ihre Wurzeln in Pal\u00e4stina und Tunesien liegen. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie gerne Handball im Verein und ist auch dort ein richtiger Teamplayer. Als Ausgleich zum Berufsalltag findet man sie auch mit Pinsel und Acrylfarben bewaffnet und ganz f\u00fcr sich.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cDas ist f\u00fcr mich eine Art von \u201cme time\u201d, weil ich vollst\u00e4ndig im Malen versinke und dabei die Zeit vergesse. Da ich aber sehr selbstkritisch bin, was meine Malk\u00fcnste angeht, sind alle Bilder bis auf zwei im Keller versteckt.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eine kleine witzige Geschichte hat uns Reham \u00fcbrigens auch noch verraten: Als sie vor l\u00e4ngerer Zeit mit dem Auto unterwegs war, ist ihre Servolenkung ausgefallen. Da sie aber bis dato noch keine Zeit f\u00fcr die Reparatur gefunden hat, ist sie nun in M\u00fcnchen ohne diese unterwegs.
