Wie und wann bist du zu trbo gekommen?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ich habe erst im Juni angefangen. Eine ehemalige Kollegin bei meinem alten Arbeitgeber kannte eine Mitarbeiterin von trbo, mit ihr hatte ich dann den ersten Kontakt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nach dem Interview mit Kira war dann klar, dass ich unbedingt zu trbo will.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Best Decision of my life \u2026 so far  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>2. Was ist dein Job bei trbo?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ich bin Recruiting Manager und sorge daf\u00fcr, dass wir laufend neue, tolle Kollegen bekommen. Aktuell baue ich f\u00fcr trbo eine Recruiting Strategie auf, mit der wir hoffentlich noch schneller passende Kandidaten f\u00fcr trbo finden und diese von uns \u00fcberzeugen k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>3. Was h\u00e4tte dein Ich vor 10 Jahren \u00fcber deine jetzige Berufswahl gesagt?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mein Ich vor 10 Jahren w\u00e4re sicher nicht entt\u00e4uscht. Ich hatte damals noch keinen gro\u00dfen Plan und habe Philosophie des Interesses wegen studiert.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heute ist Recruiting ein gefragter Bereich, also habe ich alles richtig gemacht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>4. Was war bisher der peinlichste Moment in deinem Arbeitsleben?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Da f\u00e4llt mir auf Anhieb gar nichts ein \u2026 vielleicht das blaue Auge nach einer Weihnachtsfeier, die Sex-Toy Geschichte, dass mir 2 Mal in der selbe Woche 2 verschiedene Hosen aufrei\u00dfen oder dass ich meinen Ex-Chef am ersten Tag im neuem Job erkl\u00e4rt habe, was der Unterschied zwischen sexueller Identit\u00e4t und Ausrichtung ist \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5. Gibt es etwas, das du f\u00fcr kein Geld der Welt machen w\u00fcrdest?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zu Starbucks gehen, mir nochmal Star Wars Episode 1-3 anschauen und Dinge sagen wie &#8220;Bundesgartenciao&#8221; oder &#8220;San Frantsch\u00fcsko&#8221;.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wer sind eigentlich die Leute, die hinter trbo stehen?
