Hierbei gilt es, den Kunden das Surfen auf der Website so angenehm &#8211; und vor allem so einfach wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Auch unser Kunde <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Telef\u00f3nica<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> legt seinen Fokus auf die stetige Optimierung des Einkaufserlebnisse seiner Kunden auf der Website.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gemeinsam mit dem Telef\u00f3nica\/blau.de Team haben wir getestet, ob die Einf\u00fchrung eines Direkteinstiegs in den Warenkorb \u00fcber die Tariftreppe auf der Startseite die Customer Journey vereinfacht und somit zu einer h\u00f6heren Conversion Rate f\u00fchrt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ein 25,8% h\u00f6here Conversion Rate durch Direktverlinkung in den Warenkorb<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Auf www.blau.de werden die verf\u00fcgbaren Mobilfunktarife \u00fcbersichtlich in einer sogenannten Tariftreppe dargestellt, die die Vorteile der unterschiedlichen Mobilfunk-Tarife kommuniziert. Diese ist direkt auf der Startseite eingebunden, um den Usern die M\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten, schnell einen Kauf abzuschlie\u00dfen.
