Today with our <strong>Office Manager Melanie Ahlers.<\/strong><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2>1. How did you hear about trbo and when did you join?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I joined trbo in December 2018 \u2013 and you could say that trbo found me. I had publicly advertised my applicant profile on a job board, and trbo was suggested to me. I applied straight away and \u2013 bang \u2013\u00a0 two weeks later I had already signed my employment contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a02. What is your job at trbo?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">My area of responsibility is actually quite broad. For example, I take care of office supplies, planning business trips and everything concerning invoices.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a03. Either, or?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gummy bears \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>chocolate<\/s><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coffee \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>Tea<\/s><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2026 definitely coffee<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>Stairs<\/s><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Elevator<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dog \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>Katze<\/s><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>Winter<\/s><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Summer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sneakers \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>High Heels<\/s><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cooking \u2013 Going out to eat \u2026 both are good<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><s>Beer<\/s> \u2013 <s>Wine<\/s><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2026\u00a0 cocktails are definitely missing here!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>4. What do your colleagues not know about you so far?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Geez, here comes something embarrassing: I actually have a terrible fear of wasps and bees. As soon as they get too close to me, I start hysterically running in circles. It&#8217;s extremely amusing to watch, by the way, especially from a distance. :-))<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>5. What has been the most embarrassing moment in your working life so far?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A story comes to mind spontaneously that actually happened at trbo (when I was only working there for a few months). One of my sons managed to reply via my cell phone (I still don&#8217;t know how he did it) to every question and comment posted in the trbo chat with a \u201cthumbs up\u201d emoji. Of course, my colleagues eventually picked up on this and started asking random hilarious questions as a joke. My son probably thought to himself: yeah, sure why not, I&#8217;ll join in and keep sending back the \u201cthumbs up\u201d emojis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Bonus question: What did you want to be when you grew up?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I actually wanted to be an architect or interior designer when I grew up. I still remember constantly rearranging and redecorating my bedroom when I was a kid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But I have to admit, even today, I still like doing that in my apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who are the people behind trbo?
