Diese Kennzahl hilft Unternehmen dabei, eine Investition (zum Beispiel in eine Werbekampagne) besser beurteilen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der Return in Investment berechnet sich wie folgt: *<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">ROI = Umsatzrendite x Kapitalumschlag<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der ROI spielt im Marketing eine wichtige Rolle, da somit geplant werden kann, wie viel Gewinn ein Euro an Investition bringt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Beispiel:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Investition (eingesetztes Kapital) f\u00fcr die Akquise neuer Kunden: 50.000 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Erzielter Umsatz: 70.000 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Gewinn = Umsatz-Investition = 20.000 \u20ac<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">ROI = Umsatzrendite** x Kapitalumschlag<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">ROI = (Gewinn\/Umsatz) x (Umsatz\/Investiertes Kapital)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">= (20.000\/70.000 x 100) x (70.000\/50.000) <b>= 40%<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">In diesem Beispiel wird also mit jedem investierten Euro 40 Cent Gewinn und 1,40 \u20ac Umsatz gemacht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Weitere Kennzahlen in Bezug auf den Return on Investment sind der Return on Marketing Investment und der Return on Advertising Spend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der <b>Return on Marketing Investment<\/b> (kurz: ROMI) bezeichnet das Verh\u00e4ltnis von eingesetztem Kapital zu erzieltem Gewinn. Der ROMI ber\u00fccksichtigt den gesamten Aufwand f\u00fcr eine Marketingkampagne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der ROMI wird wie folgt berechnet:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">ROMI = (Nettoumsatz-Produktkosten-Werbekosten)\/(Werbekosten)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der <b>Return on Advertising Spend<\/b> (ROAS) zeigt die Rentabilit\u00e4t einer Werbema\u00dfnahme. Er hilft also zu erkennen, ob eine Kampagne gut l\u00e4uft oder ob zus\u00e4tzliche Ma\u00dfnahmen erforderlich sind, sodass die Qualit\u00e4t gesteigert und Kosten eingespart werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der ROAS wird wie folgt berechnet:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">ROAS = (Reingewinn\/Werbekosten) x 100<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bei der Analyse des ROI muss bedacht werden, dass er nur monet\u00e4re und unternehmensinterne Faktoren einbezieht. \u00c4u\u00dfere Faktoren, wie zum Beispiel die Kundenzufriedenheit, Risiken, Konkurrenz, Marktlage oder das Unternehmensimage, werden nicht mit einbezogen.
