Klickrate beschreibt das Verh\u00e4ltnis aus Klicks auf ein Werbemittel und f\u00fcr das Werbemittel gemessene Impressions innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitraums. Die CTR wird in Prozent ausgewiesen. Wird ein Werbemittel (z.B. ein Banner) 10.000 mal angezeigt und davon 500 mal geklickt, ergibt sich f\u00fcr die Klickrate ein Wert von f\u00fcnf Prozent. Die CTR ist ein wichtiger KPI im Online Marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Relevanz der CTR<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Die Klickrate ist ein wichtiger Indikator f\u00fcr die Wirksamkeit von Werbemitteln. Unter Werbemitteln sind hier unterschiedliche Ma\u00dfnahmen zusammengefasst, darunter k\u00f6nnen neben klassischen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trbo.com\/de\/glossar\/search-engine-advertising\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SEA-Anzeigen<\/a> auch Produktempfehlungen oder Werbebanner fallen. Ziel eines Werbetreibenden ist die Interaktion mit dem Werbemittel, zumeist in Form eines Klicks, um den User in seiner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trbo.com\/de\/glossar\/customer-journey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Customer Journey<\/a> zum n\u00e4chsten Schritt zu leiten. Ist die Klickrate eines Werbemittels niedrig, weist dies auf eine geringe Interaktion sowie geringe Relevanz des Werbemittels hin. Bei der Auswertung der Click-Trough-Rates ist jedoch zu beachten, dass CTRs unterschiedlicher Kampagnentypen (bspw. SEA und Bannerwerbung) differenziert zu betrachten sind und nicht eins zu eins verglichen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Optimierung der CTR<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Eine schlechte Click-Through-Rate weist auf eine Irrelevanz der Werbema\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr den User hin. Eine gezielte Useransprache ist f\u00fcr die Optimierung der CTR ein wesentlicher Faktor, um mit ansprechenden Ma\u00dfnahmen eine h\u00f6here Relevanz f\u00fcr den User zu schaffen und eine bessere Klickrate zu erzielen.
