Die Conversion muss nicht unbedingt eine Transaktion oder ein Kauf sein, viele vordefinierte Ziele k\u00f6nnen zu Conversions z\u00e4hlen. Die Conversion Rate ist einer der wichtigsten KPIs im Online Marketing. Mit ihrer Hilfe kann gemessen werden, ob z.B. eine Werbekampagne erfolgreich war.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Berechnung der Conversion Rate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Conversion Rate wird folgenderma\u00dfen berechnet:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anzahl der Conversions*100 \/ Unique Visitors = Conversion Rate<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Um das Verh\u00e4ltnis so genau wie m\u00f6glich zu ermitteln, werden \u201eUnique Visitors\u201c hinzugezogen \u2013 um nicht alle Klicks sondern einzelne Besucher zu erfassen. In seltenen F\u00e4llen werden f\u00fcr die Berechnung der Conversion Rate die Impressions oder Sessions statt der Visitors herangezogen. Aufgrund der Seltenheit und ggf. Realit\u00e4tsferne der Conversion Rate basierend auf diesen Werten wird diese hier nicht weiter betrachtet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Conversion Rate beeinflussende Faktoren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durchschnittliche Conversion Rates liegen im E-Commerce h\u00e4ufig zwischen einem und f\u00fcnf Prozent. Allerdings variieren diese von Branche zu Branche und sind abh\u00e4ngig von vielen Faktoren wie dem Bekanntheitsgrad des Unternehmens, Artikelpreisen oder der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Angebots. Daneben werden die Conversion Rates unter anderem beeinflusst durch folgende Punkte:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Umfang der Besucherzahlen<\/li>\n<li>Komplizierte Anmeldevorg\u00e4nge<\/li>\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t der Angebote<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trbo.com\/de\/glossar\/user-experience-ux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">User Experience<\/a> (Nutzerfreundlichkeit, Benutzerf\u00fchrung, Kommunikation des Angebots, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Technische Probleme<\/li>\n<li>Saisonalit\u00e4ten (z.B.
